How can I return the items I have ordered?
If you receive your order in a damaged condition, email us at [email protected] and we will send across a replacement. If possible, send us pictures of the product/packaging in a damaged condition. If you accidentally receive wrong product, let us know and we will send the right one across to Since detergents cannot be resealed once opened for hygiene reasons, unless you received the product in a damaged condition or we sent you the wrong product, we will not be able to process a return and refund.
Can I exchange the product I have purchased?
